Changes in the condition of women in today's Society

It is a hot topic of discussion that whether the position/condition of women's had changed or not.
well I thing that changes r occurred but they r more or less at the surface level not at ground level, and these changes r not only in he conditions of women but in the whole society and that's why position of women’s had changed ,,,,,,,,but still the mentality of men has not changed so much; I just wanna to ask that why after handling same type and level of pressure in office ,,husband goes and sit comfortably in drawing room and wife goes to kitchen to take care of the ______and dinner, why husband not come forward to share this responsibility
So in last I want to say that yes off course the perception of society has changed but for complete revolution we have to wait for years.........
